The Churn totals in the Subscriber dashboard and Churn Analysis dashboard will not always match because they track different information.
The Subscribers dashboard tracks subscriber(account) data whereas the Churn Analysis dashboard tracks individual subscriptions.
The Subscriber dashboard's "Churned" total tracks customers who had a subscription(s) previously but now all subscriptions have expired. If the subscriber had "4" subscriptions and every single one churns, then that would count as "1" churned subscriber, not 4.
The Churn Analysis' dashboard's "Churned" total tracks every individual churned subscription. A subscription is considered "churned" if the subscription has expired (i.e. expired date has passed). If a subscriber had "4" subscriptions and every single one churns, then that would count as "4" churned subscriptions.
