The "List bounds 0" error typically means that the API call is returning no results. You may have a deleted account issue, so please follow the steps below in Classic Mode:
1. Go to Setup and then type "tab" in the Quick Find box.
2. Then click the New button under the Custom Object Tabs section.
3. You should see the Delete Accounts option. Select it and choose to have it be available to all.
This will list any accounts that may have been Deleted and will not sync as a result. You will need to remove any accounts that appear to resolve the error.
