How do I export my customer credit card and billing information?

Due to PCI Compliancy and the required security of credit card data, we can only export credit card data when a merchant is looking to leave Recurly for another system. We are not able to provide exports under any other circumstances. If you are looking to migrate, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly and we will work with our data migrations team to assist you with this.

If you're only looking to export your customer billing information for use outside of Recurly or your own records, you can do so by visiting the data exports page under the Analytics tab on the left-hand navigation menu and simply downloading the Billing Information Export.
