I am missing Recurly data in Salesforce - how can I fix?

If you are missing data in your Salesforce org, the first recommendation is to attempt a full re-sync of the data.

 

To do this:

  1. Go to the Recurly Admin tab and select "Sync Settings."
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Scroll down to Last Sync and enter a year in the date field back to 2008 and hit Save.

 

After the data re-syncs, check to see if the missing data synced over. 

If a full re-sync did not work, go to the Recurly Logs tab to check for errors. If an error exists, attempt to troubleshoot that error. Typically, if you are missing data, you'll see a validation rule or required field is missing, but it could also be related to permissions. 

If you are unable to troubleshoot successfully, grant Recurly Support one week of login access to your Salesforce org so that we can investigate further and then contact us at support@recurly.com.
