Can I enable or disable a specific email for all my customers?

Yes, under the Settings for each Email Template, you can control certain functions. To get to your Email Template settings please navigate to Configuration then, Email Templates on the left-hand side of the user interface. Then, you will want to hover over the three gray dots across from the desired email template and there, go to Settings.

 

ENABLING/DISABLING EMAILS

Depending on your communication style, you may not want Recurly to send emails. You have the option to enable or disable each email type.

 

SET EMAIL BCC'S

Add BCC's to alert employees to critical actions, such as subscription cancelations or late manual invoices.

 

OVERRIDING DEFAULT FROM ADDRESSES

Your FROM address will default to your site billing contact. You may override this email address (which your customer sees) on a per-email basis via each template's settings.
