Zendesk Error "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if issue persist"

In the Zendesk Recurly integration, you may see this error if there is a capital letter in the subdomain field when configuring the connection. We would recommend having all characters in your subdomain lowercase in order to bypass or avoid receiving this error. If your subdomain is all lowercase and you are still getting this error, please reach out to our support team at support@recurly.com or through chat in your Recurly Admin Console.
